Can you see our tent?
Cooking ramen noodles for dinner! Ramen is good because it's lightweight to carry!
Here is our tent with the lake in the background. This tent was new this year. Every year we usually get something new for the trip to add to our hiking and backpacking gear.
We caught arctic grayling! They have an awesome dorsal fin that makes them unique!
Another tradition is that we take some sort of canned meat with us to eat. This year was sardines. Not only does it make us appreciate good food choices at home, it usually tastes pretty decent after a day of living in the woods.
Stopping to rest and get water on the trail. We have a water filter that we use to fill up our water bottles.
Had to have a picture by the sign!

So if ever you want a backpacking buddy, Greg loves to go backpacking, but has a hard time finding anyone to go with, and I won't let him go alone.
