It has been entirely too long since we last went fishing! The weather has been very nice and spring-like for the last couple of days. Yesterday we loaded up our gear and a picnic and drove to Grace and fished on the Bear River at Black Canyon. The parking area was packed! I guess we weren't the only ones who had that idea.
It was a very pretty day and fairly warm for March. The wind started picking up a little while after we got there so that wasn't as enjoyable. We didn't catch very many fish, but we did get to see a lot. There were lots of fish rising and tons of bugs on the water.
Will caught this nice-sized trout and I caught two small ones.
